Terms and Conditions

1. **Booking Confirmation:**  

   All bookings must be confirmed via email or a signed contract. A deposit may be required to secure the reservation.

2. **Payment:**  

   Full payment is due prior to the event or as specified in the contract. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.

3. **Cancellation Policy:**  

   Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 5 working days prior will result in the deposit being retained.

4. **Event Details:**  

   Clients must provide accurate details regarding the event, including date, time, location, and expected number of guests. Changes to these details must be communicated as soon as possible, and this may affect previous quotes provided.

5. **Service Hours:**  

   Bartending services will be provided for the agreed-upon duration. Any additional hours will incur extra charges as outlined in the contract.

6. **Liability:**  

   The Suave Bartender is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment.

7. **Alcohol Policy:**  

   Clients are responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages. The bartender will serve responsibly and may refuse service to intoxicated individuals.

8. **Indemnification:**  

   Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Suave Bartender from any claims or liabilities arising from the event.

9. **Force Majeure:**  

   The Suave Bartender is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

10. **Governing Law:**  

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the local governing body, and any disputes will be handled by the local governing body.

11. **Personalized Cocktails/Prior Preparation:**  

    Customized cocktails that require special items to be procured and prepped in advance will be charged accordingly. This includes the cost of the drinks (with all receipts provided for your records) plus the deposit. Your unique drink experience deserves the best preparation!
